1、在线投稿：由ASEC学术支持在线投稿，请将文章全文投稿至ASEC学术投稿系统；

2、文章应具有学术或实用价值，并未在国内外期刊或会议上公开发表过；

3、初审环节，ASEC提供免费查重一次，作者也可通过CrossCheck 、Turnitin或其他查询系统自行自费查重，文章重复率不超过15%；

4、文章内容充实完整、数据可靠、图表清晰、且在正文中一一对应，有一定的创新性，结构符合SCI期刊要求，文献综述与参考文献能反映国际前沿研究，并注意参考文献的完整性及在正文中的标注等

5、接受中文稿件，初审通过后，可选择ASEC编译中心的专业翻译润色服务，享受价格优惠。

论文评审及出版
