2.文章应具有学术或实用价值，并未在国内外期刊或会议上公开发表过；
3.终审前，ASEC提供免费查重一次，作者也可通过CrossCheck 、Turnitin或其他查询系统自行自费查重，文章重复率不超过15%；
4.文章内容充实完整，数据可靠，图表清晰且在正文中一一对应，有一定的创新性，结构符合SCI期刊要求，文献综述与参考文献能反映国际前沿研究，并注意参考文献的完整性及在正文中的标注等。
5.接受中文稿件，初审通过后，可选择ASEC编译中心提供的翻译润色服务。
